Course Advisor Chatbot

During my time observing student-advisor interactions, I noticed students struggling to get timely academic guidance while advisors were overwhelmed. This gap often left students confused about courses, failed subjects, and progression plans. Inspired to solve this, I built a real-time university chatbot that answers academic questions instantly using BERT embeddings and FAISS for precise semantic understanding.

To make the experience seamless, I designed dashboards for students, advisors, and administrators to track performance and manage rules efficiently. The chatbot provided instant guidance, reduced advisor workload, saved time, and gave students confidence in their academic decisions.
